Hello IMBA Families,
We have arranged for AC Studios Sports Photography to take photos for us this summer, and have reserved Saturday July 24th to do so. They do individual photos, and then create a team photo from the individual photos.
Each player will receive a photo of themselves and of their team. Additional photos may be ordered. Please see the AC Studios flyer for more options, as well as the order form with package details, and with payment options. There will be order forms on site, or you can print the order form to pre-fill ahead of the event.
Due to COVID restrictions and guidelines, we will be doing these outside this year, at Centennial Park, which is located at the NE corner of 7th Line and 10th Sideroad. Pictures will be taken in the pavilion.
As per other on field events, attendees wil need to complete the screening form. Please do so under your normal team choice:
Please have your child come fully dressed in their uniform and hat, as there likely will not be a place to change at the park. Additionally, please bring their bat and glove so they can pose appropriately as a ball player for the picture.
We have coordinated the following schedule for the day. Please show up at least 5 minutes before your team’s scheduled time so that your child is ready to go when it is their turn:
